Madge Goods recommends customers provide a secure delivery dress, not a PO Box. Lost or stolen post is not covered by insurance and Madge Goods is not responsible for any stolen or lost parcels. All internet transactions are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 days of order placement and shipped via Australia Postal service. Actual delivery time within Australia will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. 1-3 days for metro areas and up to 7 days for all other areas. Please allow extra time for Australia post to deliver your parcel during peak times like Easter and Christmas. In the rare case that items are not delivered we will fully investigate with Australia Post and the outcome will be determined via a case by case basis. When your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you fail to receive this or require the tracking number please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
Our in store policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind, we can offer a credit or refund.
To be eligible for an in store return within 7 days your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached together with original proof of purchase.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Our online policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return within 14 days your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached together with original proof of purchase. We can offer a refund, exchange or online credit note.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require original invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty garment where special care instructions were not followed.
All returns either online or in store are subject to availability at the time the item is returned due to our very limited editions.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Each garment is a unique surface pattern layout cut from yardage, no garment is the same with the print placement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your exchange amount is greater than the amount already paid for we will email through a link to process the additional payment once your return arrives at our store.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 241 Australia Street, Newtown, NSW, 2042, Australia.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping your returned product
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 241 Australia Street, Newtown, NSW, 2042, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all returned merchandise is safely and securely packaged as we can not accept exchanges that have been damaged through transit. If you are exchanging for another item please include a prepaid self addressed post satchel in with your return, otherwise you will be charged a re-delivery fee for the cost of extra postage that must be paid prior to sending the new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any damage incurred in transit to Madge Goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Madge Goods is not responsible for any returns that are not received by Madge Goods.
